Medical form requirements
It is a mandatory requirement that every student completes the PADI medical form for each PADI training course. If you answer yes to any of questions on the Medical form you must have the form completed and signed by your doctor, stating that you are "fit to dive" prior to attending the course.
It is a mandatory requirement that every student has their own set of materials for each PADI training course. There are 3 options available for the open water referral course

- PADI open water Touch. This is identical to eLearning for tablet based use.
In advance of the course you must complete all of the theory sections from one of the abovel, complete the knowledge reviews & watch the DVD's. You also have the option of taking the quizzes and the final exam if you opt for eLearning or Touch
